Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 45 Min Power Flow Intermediate

This is a Intermediate Vinyasa flow class where we will focus on opening up and strengthening the hips, as well as other areas of the body. Expect some challenging moments, with lots of fluid and strong movements. I suggest having 2 blocks.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 30 min energizing flow

This is the perfect kind of practice to do if your feeling tired, sluggish & low on energy. We will start of nice and slow warming up some key areas of the body, and then move through continuous breath linked poses & movements to get the energy flowing.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 45 min flow for shoulder mobility (Intermediate)

This practice is focused mostly on shoulder mobility working towards some variations of Dolphin pose, and potentially wheel. Since we do so much work with the shoulders in yoga, it is key to have healthy movement through the shoulders, and be able to support that movement with strength.
